Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Susan Payne made stops in Boston, Falmouth, Virginia, and Atlanta before making Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, home. After a successful career in advertising and marketing in the Palm Beach area, she started her real estate career in 1996 with a top real estate office in PGA. Moving to Naples in 1998, she joined a prominent brokerage and within eight years had won some of their most prestigious awards.
Susan is ePro certified, a designated Accredited Buyer's Representative and is a relocation specialist. As a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, she has sold nearly $65 million in Southwest Florida real estate. Susan's areas of specialization include (but are not limited to) Park Shore, The Moorings Village, Pelican Bay, Pelican Marsh, Vanderbilt, Olde Naples, Port Royal and Aqualane Shores.
Understanding the value and importance of giving back to the community, Susan is involved with many local organizations. As a member of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, she volunteered in the visitor center for eight years, and was named Volunteer of the Year in 2004. She served on NABOR's marketing committee for two years, and currently volunteers at the Sugden Community Theatre, assisting in the prop and costume departments for The Naples Players. Additionally, Susan is a member of the Naples Orchid Society, the Conservancy of Southwest Florida and the Naples Botanical Garden.
