Mark was born and raised in the Downbeach community. Before returning to the area, he lived in Newport Beach and Laguna Beach, California, as well as Melbourne Beach, Florida, before settling back into his hometown of Margate, NJ. He still resides in Margate with his family and has also worked for many years as a manufacturer’s sales representative in the action sports market. Mark’s real estate roots run deep, with family involved at the beginning of the casino development era in Atlantic City (Caesars), and he worked at his family's Atlantic City hotels while growing up. A real estate veteran for over 40 years, he got his start with his father Harry while he was a developer and broker on and off the island. His father was also a longtime Margate City Planning Board member. Mark specializes in sales on and off the island and knows the luxury beach lifestyle market well.
Outside of real estate, Mark can be found surfing all year — at the Jersey Shore and at surf destinations around the globe. Being a lifetime competitive surfer and ASP Pro Tour member, he was recently inducted into the New Jersey Surfing Hall of Fame in 2017 and will be inducted into the class of the East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame in January 2024.

Donald J. Gluck Jr., better known as DJ, owns and operates the Margate and Brigantine branches of Soleil Sotheby's International Realty with his wife, Tamy. Although they are experts in all fields of real estate, the office's specialty is in island living with a concentration on luxury homes and new construction. DJ attended Ithaca College and Widener University where he majored in Hotel Restaurant Management and learned what would become the foundation for his successful career. DJ then went on to manage a variety of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs for over 20 years all over the country. After starting his family, he wanted to move somewhere more tranquil and eventually found the perfect home: Atlantic City. He and Tamy then completely restored an 1886 home in the Chelsea area of the city and made it a home for their growing family; they soon fell deeply in love with the area. In 2000 they purchased the Blumberg Associates real estate office from Carol Blumberg, who had originally owned it since 1983. Then, in 2007, they made their most beneficial decision to date: they joined the Sotheby's International Realty brand. This decision gave DJ and Tamy, their team, and their clients access to the most innovative marketing tools and unmatched access to the highest number of quality prospects.
