Growing up and spending her entire life in the Pittsburgh tri-state market has given her a distinctive edge in being able to match the wants and needs of her clients, having literally helped hundreds of families make their dreams become a reality in finding the right home for them. Alongside Hedy is Kerry Owens. who has 10 years of real estate experience and is detail-oriented. Hedy and Kerry hold a strong social media presence and treat every listing/sale as if it were their own home.
Hedy values each client no matter what price range they are looking for in a home; no matter what your situation is Hedy will do whatever it takes to make sure your purchase or sale is the right one for you and your family. She believes buying or selling a home is more than just about price: as in buying, it’s creating new experiences or in the listing, it’s honoring great memories. In other words, Hedy takes each and every clients’ purchase or listing personally.
What has set her apart from others is her grasp and understanding of the complexities and nuances of the market while reflecting the standards of excellence that Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty prides itself on. In May of 2021, she had the distinction of being a key player in putting together a deal as the sole buyer agent for one of the most expensive home purchases in the history of the Pittsburgh market, closing the deal on an amazing 5.4 million dollar home. Hedy has the experience and ability to set a tone of clarity in communication and to connect people.
Her priority whether acting as a listing or buyer agent is making sure to work every detail to achieve the most accurate price point and to satisfy every want and need of each and every valued client. In addition to residential real estate, she also has in-depth experience in real estate development, and in commercial sales and purchasing.
As she enters her 11th year as an agent in the Pittsburgh market, Hedy has won countless sales awards. In her private life she devotes much of her free time helping charity organizations she holds near and dear to her heart, and this includes helping abused animals and assisting in organizing fundraisers for one of her favorite charity groups, Animal Friends.
