Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Kathleen has enjoyed being a Southern
California resident since 1993. She graduated from San Diego State University
with a bachelor's degree in psychology. In 2004, Kathleen began her career
selling luxury real estate in Del Mar, La Jolla, and Rancho Santa Fe, then moved to
Santa Monica to get married in 2012. She joined Pardee Properties and quickly
became a top producing agent and an integral part of LA's # 1 Real Estate Team.
Four years later, with her husband and new baby in tow, she returned to Rancho
Santa Fe. Armed with an east coast work ethic, cutting-edge Los Angeles
marketing and real estate ideas, and 19+ years of expertise, she is happy to be
