Born and raised in Burlington, Kelly moved to Guelph where she attended University and became a 1st time home buyer at the age of 23 in her 4th year at University.
She brings to you many years of experience in buying investment properties - from low income housing to student housing to commercial properties.
In 2016 she was given the Couling Award from the Architectural Conversancy of Ontario for her restoration work of a 24 unit apartment building that had 5 additions with the 1st one originating in 1840.
Kelly has been a long time cottager in the Kawarthas where she spends many hours enjoying the beauty of Stoney Lake.
With her experience of investments to extensive renovations and her real life knowledge of cottage country, her goal is to help others get started with wherever they choose.
Aside from Kelly’s long time interest in real estate, Kelly can often be found at the arena either watching hockey or playing hockey or on the water unwinding with a little rowing or canoeing on the lake.
