Raised in Rumson, and a lifelong Monmouth County resident, Rick has extensive knowledge of the local area. Rick attended Holy Cross School in Rumson and CBA in Lincroft. He obtained his BA and MS from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. Rick serves on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Jersey Coast Chapter.
