As a born-and-raised native of Utah, Lindsay Tripp is uniquely familiar with the Beehive State, boasting extensive, hands-on expertise in Utah’s dynamic real estate market and its many rural and metropolitan areas. Today she is a successful, top-producing associate broker with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, based out of the firm’s Salt Lake City office location. A hard worker and innovative thinker, Lindsay has been honing her skills in real estate since 2015; she continually keeps a finger on the pulse of Utah’s fast-paced and ever-changing market, attending regular CE Classes and NINJA Selling Installations to keep her skills sharp. Backed by the power of the global Sotheby’s International Realty network, Lindsay regularly partners with her affiliate agents at Summit SIR and beyond to serve clients in both Utah’s northern and southern area markets.

Lindsay attributes much of her success to an early experience right out of high school, where she assisted in the rehabilitation of depressed properties, transforming them into lucrative rental opportunities. Lindsay developed a keen eye for envisioning a property’s potential and the remodeling work necessary to get there. She enjoys exploring different types of architecture around Utah and focusing on certain design elements to bring properties to life, helping them stand out in a competitive and always-shifting market. Lindsay also served as the Managing Broker of Summit SIR’s Southern Utah office locations (St. George and Moab) from late 2021 through early 2024, before relocating back to the Salt Lake metro area.
