Description
A real estate advisor for more than 20 years, Dom Lange is ingrained in the fabric of the South Boston community.
Dom knows that getting to the closing table successfully requires vast local expertise, credible industry contacts, and a trusted reputation of an agent like him on your side. Adept at managing the nuances of the search and sale process, Dom enthusiastically guides his clients through each of life’s milestones—from the purchase of a first home to the decision to downsize years later. He has handled more than 1,000 transactions and sold over $500 million in total sales volume.
Dom arrived in South Boston in the spring of 2002, when he was tasked with selling 130 Loft-style condos inside the Court Square Press Building. He and his wife, Jen, purchased one of the units after quickly falling in love with the community. Today, they still reside in South Boston, where they are raising two teenagers. He is always excited to share South Boston’s vibrant and evolving residential neighborhoods with his clients, whether they are empty nesters looking for a full-service luxury high-rise or young professionals dreaming of a charming walk-up.
Before co-founding Broadway Village Real Estate in 2011, Dom served as the on-site sales manager for the Macallen Building. In 2018, he affiliated his boutique brokerage with Gibson Sotheby's International Realty. He was a founding member of the West Broadway Neighborhood Association (WBNA) and has played an integral role in all neighborhood development since 2005.
Dom is a graduate of Boston University and can often be found skiing, vacationing on Martha's Vineyard, or hiking in the great outdoors.
