Chris Teer was born and raised in the South Bay and graduated from Loyola Marymount University. He is a third generation real estate agent with 10 years experience. Chris specializes in representing buyers and sellers of residential and investment properties in the South Bay and Long Beach areas. "No two clients are the same! I have helped people buy income properties, and I have helped others sell their homes that they lived in for years. However, many of my clients are first-time home-buyers. Buying a home for the first time can be both exciting and intimidating. I am here to make the process go as easily and smoothly as possible, all while making sure my clients are happy and will end up purchasing the home of their dreams."
How do you give back to your community?
"It is important to know I am making a difference in somebody else's life. I am an avid donor for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. Having lost my mother to this disease, we raise money to find a cure and participate in the walk every year in her honor."
