Description
Three things have always guided me toward professional success: vision, creativity and drive. With an extensive background in interior design, I have had the opportunity to work with high profile clients and significant properties. Under my own company based in Southern California, I focused on residential design and transformed homes and landscapes throughout the United States. My relocation to New York City over ten years ago continued that line of work and allowed me to introduce my personal design sense to properties in Manhattan.
I believe it is easy to sell what you know best. Home for me is in a classic Emory Roth Landmarks building on Park Avenue. Since the Upper East Side is my neighborhood, my focus is on selling high end property within its limits.
I work hard to keep my finger on the pulse of what’s trending in the world of art, fashion and design. I subscribe to a style that is eclectic because I simply can’t be limited when it comes to what resonates to me and my aesthetic. As an agent, I strive to make a personal connection with my clients. The buying and selling of property can be an intimate transaction and my ability to champion my clients’ best interests is achieved by my knowledge of the ever-changing markets and my strong work ethic.
Whether representing a client in buying or selling a property, I treat the transaction as if it were my own. I go the extra mile because I take a proactive approach. I am the first to roll up my sleeves and do what needs to be done to make sure my clients are satisfied and the experience is rewarding for everyone involved.
I have always made volunteering and charitable donation a priority. I support the Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for cancer research and always attend the annual Angel’s Ball, which last year raised over $3.7M for lifesaving research. The Caron Foundation holds a special place in my heart and I give generously to their cause. I also serve on a committee for the Barbara Davis Children’s Diabetes Foundation and assist with The Carousel of Hope event.
I have a passion for art. During my free time, if I’m not attending a Sotheby’s art auction, you will probably find me scouting a new artist at a gallery in SoHo. I also consider myself an artist and creating sculpture is my creative outlet.
