Sabrina Errico, Founder and Principal of HomeZone Real Estates, started her real estate career in 1995. In 1999, a single mom wanting to make a better life for her daughter, she decided to start her own agency and HomeZone Real Estates in Empangeni was born from her dining room table… and is still going strong today.
In 2007 Sabrina was recognized for her hard work and achievements when she was awarded as a finalist in the Nedbank Businesswomen’s Regional Business Achievers Awards.
In 2008, with the phenomenal growth and potential in Ballito and the Dolphin Coast area, Sabrina decided to relocate to Ballito where she joined Soukop as their Branch Manager.
Seeing a gap in the market for a more holistic and hands on approach, in mid-2010 Sabrina decided to venture out on her own once again and in September 2010 HomeZone Real Estates Ballito opened its doors for the first time. HomeZone Ballito has experienced incredible growth since opening its doors, and now employs 16 sales consultants and 3 rental consultants, making it the largest and most successful independently owned Estate Agency on the Dolphin Coast.
Wanting a new challenge, and to take her business to an international level, Sabrina made the decision to join the Sotheby’s International Realty brand in 2018. Synonymous with excellent service and exceeding their client’s expectations, Sotheby’s International Realty holds the same ideals Sabrina and her team have always strived for, making it the obvious choice for Sabrina’s next venture.

Lew Geffen Sotheby’s International Realty - Ballito is the appointed franchise for the Dolphin Coast, Ballito, Kwazulu Natal in South Africa. Our newly opened offices are situated in the heart of down town Ballito, which is currently seeing a rejuvenation. The Franchise services areas from Zimbali Coastal Resort through to Blythedale further north, and includes Ballito, Shaka’s Rock, Salt Rock, Sheffield Beach and Tinley Manor. We are privileged to be approved agents in numerous Estates along the North Coast, namely Zimbali Coastal Resort, Seaward Estates, Beverley Hills Estate, Simbithi Eco Estate, Dunkirk Estate, Brettenwood Coastal Estate, Palm Lakes Estate and Hilltop Estate. We have an excellent working relationship in Umhlali Golf Estate and various other smaller estates and complexes, as well as free standing homes outside of the estates.
This area offers a variety of price ranges and lifestyles from “ready built” and “plot and plan” to “vacant land” and “new developments”.
