Prior to her real estate career, Janice was an interior and custom clothing designer. She started her own business after working for couture designer Carolyn Parker while living in San Francisco. Janice continued her business when she relocated to Connecticut, focusing on bridal and dance competition costumes. She even dressed Miss Connecticut for her talent competition in the Miss USA pageant.
Janice transitioned into real estate in 1997, after moving to Monroe, Connecticut. In 2000, she joined William Pitt Real Estate in Monroe, an office that later became a Sotheby's International Realty® affiliate. A consistent, award-winning multimillion-dollar top producer, Janice was the No. 1 associate in the Monroe William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty office and ranked in the top 10 of all agents in Monroe, for listing and selling. After regularly visiting the Naples area for over five years, she decided to relocate and join the Premier Sotheby's International Realty team. Janice is a Certified Relocation Specialist, New Home Specialist and Accredited Buyer's Representative.
