Bill is a Long Beach local currently residing with his family (his wife, Mary, and their two children Louis and Ella) in East Long Beach. Mary works in the commercial interior design space. Louis is a Student Athlete at Wilson High School. Louis is a multi year Junior Olympian in water polo. Ella is into all things artistic and outdoors. This includes St Cornelius Drama program, and dance at a local studio. We support these communities as time allows. For over a decade, Bill has successfully created a standard for listings and buyer representation in the Long Beach markets with an expansive network of agents from Long Beach, stretching as far as Orange and Riverside County, Palos Verdes, and the South Bay regions.
He is the Broker Manager of the Vista Sotheby’s Long Beach Office and is strategically aligned with key real estate industry professionals in areas of banking, inspections, and construction as well as partner agents. In addition to skillful marketing and amazing support, all of these tools and connections give Bill the ability to focus on his clients’ needs while providing a level of service that is rarely achieved. Bill brings industry experience as well as a wealth of knowledge beyond real estate including but not limited to mortgage banking, technology, and international logistics. Bill holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Management and Human Resources and currently sits as Treasurer on the executive board of the Long Beach Community Hospital Foundation, League Manager for Catholic Baseball League, Parent Administrator for the Saint Cornelius Drama Club.
