Prior to launching a career in Real Estate, Michael began with the global accounting firm Arthur Andersen as a Tax Accountant followed by 20 years as an Executive Recruiter in the Washington DC Metro region for a $25B global provider of HR services. His two decades of bringing together employers and candidates prepared him to seamlessly match clients to purchase or sell spectacular properties while utilizing the power of the Sotheby's brand. His experience in buying, renovating and managing properties give him a valuable edge to guide his clients in making sound decisions. In order to better serve their customers and to offer their listing clients maximum exposure for their properties, Ocean Atlantic Agency decided to purchase the Southern Delaware Rights to Sotheby's International Realty from Brandywine Fine Properties in Centreville, Delaware. As of August 27, 2008, Ocean Atlantic Agency merged current operations and began operating as Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty.
The mission of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty is to positively exceed the expectations of their customers by listening to their needs and having a true understanding of the local market.
