Description

By putting great value on my clients, I am dedicated to making the experience of buying and selling your home a positive one. My Real Estate career spans over 35 years. Prior to joining William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty, I spent many years in corporate relocation with a concentration in counseling, home sale preparation, and management. I am very hard-working and regularly go above & beyond what is excepted. I have been a Bethel resident for 25+ years and an area resident my entire life. I feel confident in my knowledge of the Greater Danbury real estate market, including lake properties, new construction, and specialty homes. I am familiar with all of the great tools and programs offered by William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty to market our client's homes. I am a creative negotiator who doesn't leave any money on the table. Outside of Real Estate, I love spending time volunteering for a local animal shelter, DAWS. I have been a volunteer there for over 18 years. My specialty is working with dogs that are more difficult to adopt. I have two beautiful children, both successful and living on their own, and a precious grandson whom I adore! Designations and affiliations include company-wide recognition for annual sales performance, New Homes Specialist certification, Seller Representation Specialist, and Accredited Buyer Representation. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you with your real estate needs. Please call or text me anytime, at 203 733 2708. .
