Minnie Ramirez, originally from Texas, came to the Annapolis area in 1980. and started her career in real estate when the Parks hired Minnie as a hostess for new construction at Chesapeake Landing. With encouragement from the Parks to obtain a Real Estate license, Minnie enrolled at Anne Arundel Community College to become a Realtor. By August of 1982 that goal was met and she embarked in a highly successful career in Real Estate as a Sales Associate with Annapolis Realty, Inc. She experienced sales at Chesapeake Landing, The Villages at Chesapeake Harbour, The Residence at Park Place and numerous other properties in Anne Arundel County, Prince George's County and Montgomery County. Over the years having met and sold property to many people, her primary gratification is the knowledge of having so many satisfied customers who have soon become friends for life. Minnie's goal is always to meet her customer's standards and goals in finding their home of choice while fulfilling their real estate needs. In her spare time, Minnie enjoys spending time with her husband Rudy, her 5 grandchildren and taking road trips to visit friends and family throughout the United States. She is also fluent in Spanish and enjoys cooking traditional Mexican cuisine.
