A proud graduate from Colorado State University ‘94, Chris Merman has always called Denver his home. Eventually, after several successful sales positions and having received encouragement from friends and family, Chris left the “corporate world” and followed his passion for real estate as an entrepreneur. To say real estate runs in his blood would be an understatement. This growing passion increased over the years having been fostered (and mentored) by his father at an early age. Now, an experienced property investor, Chris owns several small apartment buildings in Denver and Texas which allows him to offer a unique perspective to clients interested in investment property or home ownership. A Colorado native, he loves helping individuals and families purchase their dream home or professionally market their current property. Chris is recognized as a top performer in both volume and sales and is proud to call LIV Sotheby’s International Real Estate his home in Cherry Creek. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Colorado State University and holds several real estate designations including CNE, GRI, and Distinctive Properties Certifications. He continues to expand his real estate education and leadership, including his ongoing commitment in highly intensive training programs that emphasize performance, accountability, and excellence. His commitment makes him a leader in his industry. Chris also enjoys giving back to the communities he serves. Every year, he helps organize and run several philanthropic events including a golf tournament, a holiday luminary fundraiser, and other charitable promotions that support local schools. When not investing and selling real estate, Chris enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Nina and two sons Keaton and Vaughn. They live in the Historic Park Hill neighborhood just outside of Downtown Denver. Chris has a passion for skiing, golf and snowboarding. On weekends, Chris often makes his way up to the high country to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. Grateful for an amazing group of neighborhood friends, co-workers, and family, Chris makes sure that new residents are welcomed in a way that has become synonymous with his lifestyle of serving others.
