Terry Harrington has been a successful Realtor in the Roaring Fork Valley for the past 35 years orchestrating hundreds of closed transactions. She specializes in the three “R’s,” Residential, Rivers, and Ranches. Her expertise reaches far beyond the deal. She takes pride to ensure her client’s wants and needs are met. She has been called the “walking encyclopedia of real estate” and can explain the what, when, where, why, and how of Everything Real Estate in the Roaring Fork Valley. She lives by the motto, “Love what you do and you will never work a day in your life.” Terry was born under the Sagittarian Sun which enables the traveler, the adventurer, and the explorer. In her single years she loved to optimize every opportunity to travel that came her way. The life changer was the trip to Aspen to spend a winter skiing. She was drawn to the beauty of the mountains and felt a connection to the valley. She knew this place was going to be where she would spend her life. Shortly after earning her B.A. degree from the University of California, Irvine, she returned to Aspen to create a life in her favorite place on the planet. She skied winters and traveled during the off season. She was always on the lookout for a better place to live. Eventually she concluded that Aspen is the best place in the world to live and raise a family. She made it her mission to share the Rocky Mountain lifestyle by selling homes so others can experience the beauty of the mountains. She is married with two grown sons and has found solace living on a peaceful ranchette on the Roaring Fork River. She enjoys her friends, gardening, reading, painting, and taking in the invigorating energy of the mountain sunshine. When not showing property, you will find her walking the dog, pulling weeds in her incredible gardens, or cackling with the chickens. In the evenings she might be found enjoying the local music scene. Her charity interests include; Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics, and Challenge Aspen and loves to support the special organizations that support the special people in our life.
