Dunham Stewart grew up around the home-building business, which inspired his love of residential real estate. He graduated from the USC School of Business Administration's Real Property Development and Management program. He now specializes in single-family homes and investment property in Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach. Dunham is married to Gina, and they have two sons, Dunham and Tanner. He enjoys watching the boys in local theatre productions and junior golf competitions. Additionally he enjoys traveling with his family and taking an occasional golf trip with longtime friends. What would you like potential clients to know about you? "Real estate has been a part of my entire life. My goal is to understand my clients' specific needs and then bring my extensive experience to best serve them." What does it take to be the best in the business? "A connection with your clients that shows you understand and care for their real estate needs." How do you give back to your community? "I am a board member of Hermosa Beach Little League, an active contributor to the Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach education foundations, a supporter of the Hermosa Beach Arts Foundation, and a past participant in the local Cub Scout troop." What do your clients love about living in the South Bay? "It is all about the South Bay lifestyle. Regardless of your specific neighborhood, my clients love the active lifestyle, small-town feel and sense of community." In what ways do you provide top-notch service to your clients? "I am available for my clients 24 hours a day. The real estate transaction is often the single biggest transaction for a client. You must be there with them throughout, providing them the best information to make decisions and best service available to make their decisions." What's most rewarding about your work? "The personal involvement with individuals, families and investors making decisions that can positively impact their lives." What keeps you interested in real estate? "There are so many ways to be involved: brokerage, investments, remodels, new construction and much more. We live in one of the most desired areas in the world, and it is fun to introduce people to our corner of the world."
