Cynthia Rosa has consistently been named a top-producing luxury residential real estate professional in Naples for years. After growing up in Connecticut, she has been a full-time Naples resident since 1996. She understands every facet of the hyper-local market and provides professional one-on-one dedication, meeting the needs of each customer while balancing the demands of the real estate buying/selling process.
With over 35 years of experience having formerly managed financial investments as a stock and commodity broker for Merrill Lynch in New York City, her clients ranged from corporations to individuals both domestic and overseas. Cynthia's expertise in global economics uniquely positions her to assist both international and domestic real estate portfolios. She was previously licensed as a real estate agent in New York and New Jersey and is currently a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Having received her master's degree in counseling, Cynthia prides herself on providing comprehensive, personalized service to her valued customers, no matter the price point. She has overseen estate portfolio liquidations and works with a clientele base of high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). She prides herself on attention to detail and is sensitive to the needs of buyers and sellers.
Cynthia has two children and one grandchild. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, the beach and traveling. She is a member of the Club Pelican Bay, the Pelican Bay Women's League, and is a proud supporter of the Alzheimer's Support Network of Naples and Artis—Naples.
