My wife was actually born and raised in Breckenridge and her father was one of the cofounders of the Ski Area. Barrie began his real estate career in 1986, and his varied experience in residential real estate development, property management, and corporate development gives his customers an elevated level of confidence. In addition to being a full time Realtor, Barrie owned and managed an independent real estate company for 12 years, developed his own real estate, assembled and lead a successful sales team for 52 high end condominium residences in Breckenridge and owns investment properties in Breckenridge. He recently joined LIV Sotheby's International Realty, a lifestyle and performance oriented company, in hopes of delivering even greater client service.
