In the early 80’s he received an Aspen ski patrol job offer, came out for “one winter” and has been an integral part of the community ever since!
Dennis is a leader in transaction sides and a well know expert in fractional sales including the Ritz Carlton Club and St Regis Residences. His long term relationships with clients span the years of his experience from their initial fractional purchases to year round luxury residences.
When not in the office, you may find him moonlighting his passion of bass guitar. For as long as he’s been in real estate, he’s also been a member of the local music scene. Ask him about being part of a well-known band when they toured Japan.
