Gail Germain-Martis joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2005. Prior to transitioning to real estate more than five years ago, Gail was a human resources director and a vice president of sales and marketing in the high-tech arena. She received an ASBA from Dean Academy/College and a BSBA from Clark University. Her goal is to establish long-term business relationships with clients. Gail forms these associations by consulting and updating her clients with regard to market trends and property values, being utilized as a resource, and maintaining confidentiality and on-going trust.
Gail holds a Massachusetts real estate broker’s license as well as an Accredited Buyers' Representative certificate. She is a recipient of both an annual 100% Customer Satisfaction Award and Sales Volume Award (2004).
