His rich and diverse background coupled with his exceptional local knowledge the many unique Seattle neighborhoods and Washington marketplace offer a true advantage in today's dynamic market. Lino prides himself on offering the best insights and knows that his clients can trust his expertise in real estate contracts, home construction, building and negotiation strategies to deliver the results that matter. Fostering lifelong relationships and guiding clients through goal attainment provides Lino with the utmost satisfaction as he is committed to listening and understanding the needs of his clientele while offering sterling service. A Whidbey Island native, Lino moved to Seattle in 1997. He obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Washington and also spent time living in Granada, Spain and North Shore Oahu, Hawaii. Lino currently lives in Ballard with his wife, children and family dog. He is passionate about helping youth, and was awarded Volunteer of the Year by SOS Outreach.
