In 1994, Tom moved to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado after graduating from the business school at The University of Texas at Austin. He began his career in the hospitality industry, where he honed his business acumen and customer relations expertise. Transitioning into property management, Tom launched the East-West Resorts Bachelor Gulch division, establishing a high-volume property management portfolio. With a client-first mindset and an expansive network, Tom quickly rose to prominence in real estate, starting at a boutique Beaver Creek brokerage. Over the course of his career, he has exceeded $800 million in sales and was once the #1 agent for Berkshire Hathaway in the state of Colorado. In 2014, he joined the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty team, where his success continues to flourish. Tom is known for setting the highest standard of client satisfaction, helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals while ensuring a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
