Eric currently lives in Encinitas with his beautiful wife Heather and two sons Ryder and Rocket. He loves golfing with friends and clients. His passion for golf landed him at the University of Arizona as a student-athlete where he was a member of the #1 ranked Men’s Golf Team.
A licensed real estate broker, Eric is recognized as the #1 Individual Agent at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty. Eric annually ranks in San Diegos Top 3 individual agents by sales volume. Eric has closed some of the highest priced sale ever recorded in San Diego and has repeatedly set records for the highest priced sales in multiple communities.
Eric was recognized for his excellence in Real Estate by the San Diego Association of Realtors with their highest honor as “San Diego Realtor of the Year.”
Over the past +20 years, Eric has developed and incredible book of direct connections to high net worth buyers in the San Diego market. Eric’s ability to create the highest quality videos and photography provides him with the tools to reach the eyes of the target buyers for each home he sells. Once in front of potential buyers, Eric excels at selling San Diego’s most unique and expensive real estate. Eric prides himself in a “Best of Class” attitude towards advertising properties and is constantly pushing the limits to reach the buyers.
In addition to helping friends and family take advantage of great real estate opportunities, Eric offers is on the board at the San Dieguito Boys and Girls Club and Pacific Ridge School. An honorary committee member for the SOF Foundation in support of the Navy Seals and their fellow warriors. In addition he annually gives to The Rolf Benirschke Legacy Foundation, Pacific Ridge School, Just In time Foster Youth, Pedal for the cause, American Cancer Society and Pro Kids.
