What would you like potential clients to know about you?
"I am fortunate that my favorite activity is real estate. I look forward every day to going to work. Helping a client buy their first home or 10th home is a rewarding, happy experience. I just like what I do!"
What does it take to be the best in the business?
"To be the best takes commitment. You must be dedicated to your client and your work. You do what is in the client's best interest. I want to be the best, and I am willing to do what it takes to be the best."
What do your clients love about living in the South Bay?
"Clients love the casual beach living and the friendly people. It's easy to strike up a conversation wherever you are. Also, the close community usually allows you to walk to restaurants, coffee houses or shopping. Of course, everyone loves the beaches and beautiful sunsets. Not everyone goes to the beach, but they like the openness and freedom that the ocean provides."
In what ways do you provide top-notch service to your clients?
"Having lived in Redondo all my life, I have a vast knowledge of the area and the real estate market. I can provide all my resources so clients can make knowledgeable decisions-whether buying or selling property. Also, I find that providing my experience in numerous transactions is a big benefit so they know they are making a smart decision."
What's most rewarding about your work?
"When my client says, 'Thank you.'"
