Nancy Mancuso has lived and worked in Tucson and surrounding areas for over 30 years. She has been selling real estate since 1993 and received her broker's license in 1996. Nancy is a dedicated and experienced full time broker who takes her practice to the highest level in continuing education and certifications.

She has a BA from American University, MEd from the University of Arizona, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist) and will soon obtain her CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). She is currently a member of the National Real Estate Association, Tucson Association of Realtors, Luxury Home Council, Arizona CRS Chapter and Council of Residential Specialist.

SELLERS: Nancy helps to facilitate scheduled inspections, repairs, maintenance and staging. When a home goes on the market it should be presented in its optimum state. This will shorten the market time and assures the best price for the present market value. She provides custom brochures, maximum Internet exposure through Google, Yahoo, CNN, NY Times, Boston.com, Trulia, Zillow.com, Homescape, Oodle and other connections.

She uses i-marketing for clients, local agents and top agents nationwide. In addition, Nancy's team has a marketing department with a risk reduction staff to assist behind the scenes completing property profiles, and verifications.

BUYERS: Nancy recognizes that purchasing a home is a significant investment for most people. She enjoys being on top of her game by consistently networking with other local agents and by viewing for sale properties on a regular basis. She previews properties before showing to prevent wasting client's time. Nancy will negotiate the best possible deal for the present market value.
