Kate Balzer has been a real estate agent for 14 years, first working in Las Vegas and now in the Pittsburgh area. She services the South Hills, Pittsburgh and Westmoreland County, where she helps individuals and families find and sell luxury properties. Kate is a Certified Relocation and Referral Specialist, providing concierge service to clients all over the world. She has received the Incline’s Who’s Next Award in Housing and achieved the Washington-Greene Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award for the past 10 years.
Kate offers her clients excellent negotiation skills and provides them with an upscale service rooted in her experience, professionalism and market knowledge. Kate is involved with the Make-A-Wish foundation and helping children is something she is very passionate about. A graduate of Duquesne University, she lives in Cecil with her husband, two children, and three dogs.
