Initially specializing as a commercial and business broker, Tim spent over a decade refining his skills in negotiation, consulting, and meticulous due diligence. Transitioning his focus to the second home market in Southern Vermont, Tim's approach has always been centered on understanding his client's goals and desired lifestyles. His keen eye for photography and videography has further enriched his offerings, leveraging technology to deliver exceptional results. Notably, Tim is a licensed drone pilot, adding an innovative edge to his real estate ventures. Tim's mantra underscores his approach to real estate: "20% marketing and offer writing, 80% navigating challenges and sealing the deal."
