However, in both 2015 and 2016, Lisa has earned the coveted top spot within the entire company having been ranked the #1 agent by sales volume two years in a row. “Garnering the top position within Russ Lyon / Sotheby’s is definitely a point of pride within my career,” says Lisa, “yet it’s also incredibly humbling, as I’m surrounded by excellent colleagues within this organization.”
While Lisa is ranked #1 within her respected brokerage, she has consistently placed within the top three agents from among over 30,000 agents Valleywide. The most recent 2016 Phoenix Business Journal Book of Lists ranks Lisa as #2, based on sales volume, of all Residential Realtors in The Valley – a remarkable achievement!
Over the years, Lisa has been included in the Wall Street Journal’s top 250 sales professionals in the country. Lisa has been recognized as one of the “Top 10 Women in Residential Real Estate” every year since 2013 by The Arizona Republic. Additionally, Lisa has been named as one of the “Top Women in Real Estate” by the Women’s Council of Realtors for both 2015 and 2016.

Describing herself as 'organized, honest and happy,' Lisa says that, along with hard work, honesty and strong referral business, first-class marketing is at the heart of what has helped her achieve consistent success. We’ve developed a semiannual glossy lifestyle and real estate publication, The Lucky Collection, which has amassed quite a fan base here in North Scottsdale. Lisa, a resident of the North Scottsdale community of Troon Village, began her real estate career in 1999 at Pinnacle Peak Realty, which was later bought by Coldwell Banker. In 2003, she earned her Associate Broker's license and later that same year, moved to Russ Lyon, now Russ Lyon / Sotheby's International Realty.
In 2005, Matt joined Lisa full-time as a real estate partner. 'But we've been 'partners in life' for over a quarter of a century,' she says with a laugh, adding that they are fortunate to have their enthusiastic and energetic daughter working with them as well.
Laura acquired her Arizona Real Estate License at just 18 years old. She then graduated from Arizona State University with a Business of Science degree in Marketing and International Business. “Laura brings a fresh perspective to our team, and has been instrumental in integrating new marketing and promotional strategies for our clients,” Lisa says.
