Luanne Palme daughter of a Corning Inc. Executive and a Girl Scouts of America Executive has lived in The Finger Lakes Region of New York State most of her life. Luanne holds 16 years’ experience in Real Estate representing Sellers Buyers and Investors. She is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management of Human Resources. Luanne has numerous years’ experience in human services management direct service fund development marketing program development and administration. American Cancer Society – Executive Director of Ontario County spear headed all fundraising and educational activities. Sodus Youth Adventure - Director – secured funding for program through grant writing and fundraisers developed and implemented a educational/recreational youth program. Ibero-American Action League - Development Specialist – responsible for all grant writing fund raising planned and implemented the Annual Dinner Fundraising Event and prepared The Annual Report (wrote designed sent to print). Ontario County Community Action (a part of Action for a Better Community) – Director – developed and administered seven to eleven programs annually for fourteen years devoted to assisting those less fortunate in the areas of housing hunger family development domestic abuse and self-sufficiency. Luanne served on multiple Boards Advisory Councils and Action Teams often as Chair or President all throughout her fourteen years at Community Action. To name a few: The Partnership for Ontario County; Homeless Housing Initiative for Ontario Wayne and Seneca Counties; Saint John’s Food Program Board; Ontario County Drug Prevention Committee; and Ontario County Drug Courts Advisory Committee. Luanne’s intuitive nature charismatic personality and refined negotiating skills qualifies her to provide the unique experience connoisseurs of life are seeking in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State when selling and purchasing property.
