Jana Stidman is a seasoned marketer whose client-centric approach to real estate goes well beyond the sale. By improving the lives of her clients through home ownership, Jana also makes it her mission to improve the lives of animals in need, donating a percentage of every home transaction to animal rescue. Her passion for giving back extends to her high level of service, bringing over twenty-one years of proven expertise in strategic marketing and client service. “In business, my clients are my number one priority, and everything else comes second,” says Jana. “As a real estate agent, I am beholden only to my clients, so my recommendations and negotiations on their behalf are influenced solely by what's in their best interests. I understand that providing them with results and an amazing experience is crucial to my success.” The Texas native reaffirms her strong client commitment by staying on top of what’s happening in the market and staying abreast of the latest marketing trends and techniques. Jana previously held positions in sales, advertising, media planning, and account service where she developed strategic marketing plans for major corporate brands – a skill that translates to her successful real estate business today. At Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, she specializes in custom tailored marketing plans that put her client’s property in front of the widest possible audience, and firmly believes in the company’s philosophy “that every home deserves first-class service regardless of price point.” Jana is well versed in Dallas-Fort Worth neighborhoods and lives happily in Fort Worth’s La Cantera at Team Ranch community where she serves as Social Chair for the H.O.A. Although English is her native language, she is a Spanish speaker, and has both a Master and a Bachelor degree from Augusta State University, as well as a Paralegal Certificate from Southern Methodist University. Jana stays informed as an active member of several organizations including National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, Daughters of the American Revolution Fort Worth Chapter, and supports several animal rescues with fundraising and social media campaigns. When Jana is not out showing homes or saving animals – she is a wife and proud mom of three rescue dogs – she can be found cooking, painting, working out, working on her family tree or spending quality time with family and friends.
