Abbi Martz has an extensive understanding of luxury resort real estate. Having worked in the Real Estate industry in Park City and Deer Valley® since 2005, she spent the first eight years honing her listening, sales, marketing, and negotiating skills while working as a licensed assistant and sales associate alongside four of the most successful Realtors® in the country.
Today as a sales associate with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, she consistently ranks among the top associates in Deer Valley® and Park City. Her genuine warmth, insight, integrity, comprehensive knowledge and professionalism are well known and respected by clients and colleagues alike.
Throughout her career, Abbi has represented a wide variety of developments and property types, including being on the listing teams for multiple high-end condo hotels, homesite developments, gated communities and luxury estates located on the ski slopes of Deer Valley Resort®. Her deep market knowledge in combination with a keen eye for what sells and understanding for current buyer wants and needs enables her to successfully meet lifestyle and investment goals for her clientele. Of note was her four-year collaboration as a sales member representing the developer at Montage Residences Deer Valley, where she was a major contributor in selling out the building. She represented the highest priced condominium sale in a calendar year and maintains strong market share in a handful of communities in which she focuses. Abbi has earned Professional Achievement Awards from the Park City Board of Realtors® the last five consecutive years.

Born and raised in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Abbi comes from a family with a skiing legacy. Her formative years were spent on the ski slopes and exploring in the wilderness at her family’s rustic lake cabin in Maine. She attended high school in Vermont to focus on ski racing, and competed extensively throughout Europe, Canada, New Zealand, and the U.S. Abbi graduated from Colby College in Waterville, Maine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and History and was a six-time NCAA All-American skier. Her senior year, Abbi was the NCAA Division I National Alpine Skiing Champion.
When not at the office, you will find Abbi skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping in her Escapod off-road trailer, and generally enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. Her husband John was born and raised in Park City and he shows Abbi and their two children all the best spots and trails. Abbi also enjoys the rich history of Park City and helping shape the future of her community, fostering preservation of open spaces, an active and healthy lifestyle, and staying true to the many reasons that drew us all to Park City in the first place.

Situated near the center of all of the activity that Park City and Deer Valley has to offer, our new 625 Main St. office is located on the corner of Main St. and Heber Ave. Agents in this office serve all areas of the market, including: Historic Old Town; Deer Valley; the Canyons area; the communities of the Snyderville Basin; the outlying communities of Kamas, Oakley, Midway and Heber City; and all areas of Summit and Wasatch counties. Agents may focus on resort properties or second homes, others on farm and ranch properties or primary residences. We also have agents who specialize in the gated golf communities of Glenwild and Promontory.
