After growing up in Old Town Chicago, Carolyn moved to San Francisco and then Marin county in the early 1980s and began her career in finance. Along with a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University (where she was also an instructor) and an MBA from Duke University School of Business, Carolyn’s education and experience in the business world has helped her achieve remarkable results for her real estate clients. She became a real estate agent in 1991 and immediately established unparalleled success in the Marin County market. Working primarily in residential real estate, providing luxury care and marketing for all homes, Carolyn quickly also became an industry expert in residential investment properties. Her clients greatly benefit from her extensive experience with buyers and sellers, and facilitating remodeling, repairing, staging and landscaping - all the elements that make a home both sellable and livable. Behind every sale is a committed team of assistants, stagers, landscapers, remodelers and other service providers that Carolyn makes available as needed and wanted by her clients. Carolyn joined Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016 because of the global marketing advantages and significant local presence of the brand.
