Alix Aranza was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia grew up with the best private school Education offered in the country positioning her at the age of 17th in a nine month English exchange student program in California and Wisconsin achieving proficiency in English as a second language to later earn her Major in Business Administration with focus in the Hospitality Industry at "Universidad Externado de Colombia" (number one University for the program in South America) escalating her at the age of 27 years old to have a career in E-Commerce and Online Marketing with State of the Art TECH companies with Regional offices located in Florida and Head-Quarter in Mexico, Romania, Germany, UK, Denmark and California among other places, expanding her Business vision and passion 11 years later to a broader level guiding the International client to make an intelligent Real Estate property investment decision in South Florida and Colombia as a new challenge in her professional path.
Alix enjoys water sport activities, singing, dancing, painting, music, her most precious treasure is her family, loves animals and nature, admires honesty, loyalty and punctuality as some of the most important principals in life, welcomes the day with a smile and it's fully in-tune with soul/spiritual growth and promoting the development of a sustainable environment for future generations.

Recientemente Alix Aranza se ha unido al equipo de "ONE Sothebys International Realty" en asociación con William Brown P.A. quien tiene mas de 12 años de experiencia en Bienes Raíces en USA. Alix es una exitosa Consultora de Mercadeo con excelente reputación en la Industria Global de productos de descarga por internet (Downloadable Software Industry). Desde el año 2003 Alix ha ejecutado posiciones importantes en Mercadeo con compañías que desarrollan y venden productos Software de Seguridad y Optimización para las computadoras, logrando así llegar a ser Presidente y representante en Estados Unidos de una de las compañías mas reconocidas que vende productos por internet con casa matriz en Dinamarca en el 2007 lo cual la guio a valorar la importancia de entender cada cultura, respetar la forma de negociar, y construir una relación solida con las compañías mas importantes en Comercio Electrónico para lograr incrementar el numero de clientes y establecer una presencia Global en el "World Wide Web".

A los 27 años de edad logro escalar y avanzar con una Carrera profesional en Comercio y Mercadeo Electrónico con compañías del sector tecnológico que tenían oficinas regionales en la Florida y casa matrices en México, Romania, Alemania, Inglaterra, Dinamarca y California entre los lugares mas destacados, expandiendo su visión de negocios y pasión profesional para comenzar 11 años después a guiar al cliente Internacional a tomar una decisión inteligente a la hora de invertir en Bienes Raíces en el Mercado del Sur de la Florida y Colombia como un nuevo proyecto y meta por conquistar dentro de su Carrera profesional.
