Stefan Dahlmark was born and raised in Sweden. He attended school in Gothenberg and performed military service in Gavle, Sweden. Stefan lived in Mallorca and Tenerife working in the tourist industry for VING/SAS before coming to the United States in the 1990s. While still in Europe and upon arriving in the US he pursued equestrian activities and has a life-long love of horses and animals. Stefan is multilingual speaking English, Swedish, Spanish, and is able to navigate other European languages which makes him a perfect global citizen. He has both American and global perspectives which make him both interesting to work with and savvy in unusual ways. He thinks broadly but acts personally so that every buyer and seller finds a path to their goals. Stefan has lived and worked in Bucks and Hunterdon County for more than 25 years and has been a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for more than 20 years. Stefan has represented all types of homes, from townhouses and condominiums to sumptuous million dollar estates and farm properties. He has achieved some record-breaking prices for his sellers. His skills and expertise are perfect for any property because he is a top-notch marketer and resource to his clients. His ability to guide his clients to closing with patience and persistence is a large part of his success. Stefan is a supporter of the New York City-based HousingWorks nonprofit organization, participating in the annual 285-mile “Braking AIDS” bicycle ride from upstate New York into Manhattan. You might also find him working in his substantial garden where he grows and harvests organic vegetables which he shares with local food pantries, family and friends.
