A family-owned and run business, the company opened in 1999 by Lesley Reed, under the name “Pierre Caraibes” Villa Rentals. In time, Lesley's commitment, passion, and keen eye for detail, established her company as the forerunner for Luxury Villa Rentals on the island. In 2015, “Pierre Caraïbes” became a Sotheby’s Realty affiliate known as “ St . Martin Sotheby’s International Realty”, further elevating the company’s position in the local and international real estate marketplace. Along with her son, Harrison, they lead a super team of multinational professionals.
At “St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty” great emphasis is placed on luxury & service. They have curated a collection of the most breathtaking properties, located in the most prestigious neighborhoods, in St. Martin/St. Maarten.
