Karen's belief is that knowledge of the current market leads to good decisions. She holds the CIPS International Property Specialist certification and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications and Marketing, and spent 13 years in the cable industry as a manager of scheduling and programing for Cinemax Latin America, where she gained outstanding organizational abilities and negotiation skills.
