Frank and Dawn both hold MBAs in finance and were highly successful individuals on Wall Street before segueing into real estate 15 years ago. Frank was the youngest managing director ever in Morgan Stanley's equity division and a #1 Wall Street Stock Picker for many years He owned an investment fund that focused both on equities and real estate.
Dawn worked in sales banking for 14 years. She combines design experience with 24 years of sales experience and has a large clientele of New York City clients.
Tyler Goldich, also a MBA graduate and former Wall Street Analyst, rounds out the team. Clients note on a consistent basis his tireless dedication to achieving their goals.

A licensed Associate Broker, Nanette Hansen is the Brokerage Manager of the East Hampton Brokerage of Sotheby’s International Realty, supervising more than 70 agents and staff. Prior to assuming the role of Brokerage Manager, Nanette was a top producing first quartile agent exclusive to the Hamptons for the better part of a decade, affiliated with the Sotheby’s International Realty - East Hampton brokerage since 2009.
A strong advocate for both agents and the brand, Nanette makes it her #1 priority to foster a responsive office environment which provides agents with mentoring, exemplary administrative support, superior technology, sophisticated marketing, coaching, and most importantly, a non-competing manager. Nanette remains an active board member of her Manhattan cooperative on the Upper West Side, but resides full-time in East Hampton. Nanette is a graduate of Boston College.
