Kathryn Crabtree was born and raised in Atlanta. She graduated from The Lovett School and holds both an undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Georgia. She is a licensed CPA and worked in client services for PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to joining her mother, Kim Boyd, in real estate. Kathryn is a third generation REALTOR® in her family. She has been surrounded by the business her entire life. Kathryn’s grandmother, Holly Boyett, is an icon in the Atlanta real estate industry. Kathryn’s mother, Kim, is currently in the Top 5% of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and is a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Top Producers. Kathryn’s background of Atlanta and proximity to real estate throughout her life makes her an asset to both buyers and sellers. Her roots in public accounting and finance gives her an eye for detail, a strong work ethic and commitment to solely representing the best interests of her clients. Kathryn serves on the board of the 300 Club of Atlanta. The 300 Club of Atlanta was founded in December of 1991 with the express purpose of assisting the officers and families of firefighters, police officers and first responders who are either disabled or killed in the line of duty.
