My passion for past 30 years has been dedicated to fulfilling a successful real estate career based on the principal of higher education and devoted customer service. Licensed in Virginia since 1987, I attained my Virginia Brokers Real Estate license in 2001 followed by a Virginia Appraisal license in 2002 and a Florida Sales Associate license in 2006. Additionally, in 2015, I received my Florida Brokers Real Estate license.
My motto has always been to help clients with their real estate endeavors no matter what size, price or location which has provided me with a broad range of business. From Residential, Condominiums, Raw land, Equestrian properties, Historic homes, Commercial projects and large Residential Developments, my background marks perseverance and determination.
As a lifelong equestrian both in Virginia and Florida, my connections run deep in both communities. Not only have I twice served as President of an HOA and Condominium Board, I have also served on the board of Zoning Appeals for two terms in Middleburg, VA.
Also, I am pleased to announce that my son, Nathan Hensley, has joined me and Hunt Country Sotheby’s International Realty in the Middleburg office this year and brings a strong career in sales and technology to the business.
