Kim specializes in all buyer and seller markets, from first-time buyers to luxury listings in areas including but not limited to Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Vinings, Dunwoody, Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Morningside and the Emory area. Kim danced as a star dancer in 2022’s Dancing Stars of Atlanta benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association. She personally raised over $150,000 for the fundraiser, and she and her dancer pro received the First Place Runner-Up for the People’s Choice Award and the Judge’s Choice Award. Kim lives in Brookhaven with her husband, Stephen. They have two married daughters, Kathryn and Kelly, and three grandsons. When she’s not selling real estate, Kim can be found walking her dog around her Brookhaven neighborhood or hitting the tennis court at Capital City Country Club.
