Formerly the Managing Broker of the Cobb Office, Jim has more than 25 years of experience, during which he oversaw top-performing agents and played a key role in fostering industry excellence. As an agent, Jim has achieved remarkable milestones, including more than $1 billion in sales and recognition as the No.1 transaction agent at his previous firm. His accolades also include being named No.1 listing agent Company-Wide and No. 2 rransaction leader Company-Wide. A sixth-generation Cobb County native, Jim’s extensive market knowledge, professional network and dedication to his clients have cemented his reputation as a trusted advisor in Metro Atlanta real estate. Jim is a three-time author and member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. He was a co-founder of the Cobb Preservation Foundation, Inc., co-founder of the Marietta Welcome Center and was the first co-chairman of the Marietta Pilgrimage Christmas Home Tour (and again in 2024). He was the former board chairman of the Cobb Symphony Orchestra (now Georgia Symphony Orchestra) and owner of the former Proia Dance Project. Jim currently resides in Cobb County.
