Description
For over thirty-five years Susan has specialized in executive residential real estate and corporate relocation. In addition to her credibility in real estate, Susan brings the invaluable traits of unprecedented service, utilizing industry-leading technology platforms and meticulous attention to detail. Susan began her career as a high school American History teacher (history-Phi Alpha Theta Honorary). She soon realized her passion for real estate and transitioned to helping families find their perfect place to live, work and grow. Although she is no longer an active teacher, Susan brings her teaching experience to each transaction. She is organized, punctual and knowledgeable in each market area of interest. Most importantly Susan is always empathetic and understanding when it comes to answering questions throughout the real estate process. Whether buying or selling, Susan is a great listener and can offer value and insight before the paperwork process even begins.
Susan’s love for family and friendship is of the utmost importance to her. The value she places on relationships directly translates to the clients she works with. Susan is thrilled to work with families-- helping her clients with their purchases, as well as their children on their first home, is something Susan is very experienced with and happy to do. The best part: Location does not matter. Having lived in numerous parts of the country, Susan is knowledgeable about many areas and has excellent real estate connections. With the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, Susan is able to offer global exposure, expertise and referrals to her clients that are truly unmatched.
In her spare time, Susan is active in Impact Austin, an Austin-based women’s collective giving organization, funding Central Texas nonprofits that provide services in Bastrop, Hays, Travis, and Williamson counties. Susan personally served on the Education, Heath and Catalyst Committees. She is also a supporter of the local charity: Boys and Girls Club of Austin. Susan also enjoys playing tennis, collecting first-edition history books, traveling, and spending time with her family. Susan runs her business based on this philosophy, “The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.”
