Minnesota native Heather Peterson moved to the mountains of Park City in 1987. She entered Utah’s fast-paced real estate industry in 2000 and has enjoyed a rewarding career over the following two decades. A successful development agent, Heather specializes in new project sales—including 820 Park Avenue, Empire Residences, Goldener Hirsch Residences, and Sommet Blanc—in addition to residential resale. Heather’s efforts and excellent reputation have resulted in industry recognition; she’s received numerous awards as a top sales agent during her career. Heather served as a director for the Park City Board of REALTORS® and enjoys devoting her energy and time to philanthropic organizations.
Heather holds her Associate Brokers license and partners with Sean Matyja, who is her husband and fellow sales professional with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty.
