Following in her footsteps, Kelly has achieved remarkable success in the real estate industry. As a Lifetime Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers, she consistently ranks among the top 10 percent of REALTORS® in Atlanta. Kelly's dedication and leadership have been recognized through her involvement in various positions within the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. She currently serves as the President-Elect and has previously served on the Board of Directors, held the position of Vice President for three years, and chaired several committees. Her contributions have earned her esteemed accolades, such as the Five Star Circle of Service and Captain of Industry awards from the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. Beyond her local association, Kelly actively participates in the real estate industry at the state and national levels. She serves as a State Director and contributes to the Professional Standards Committee for the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. Additionally, she holds the position of National Director and is a member of the Leading Edge Advisory Board for the National Association of REALTORS®. Her commitment to supporting private property rights and homeownership is further exemplified by her role as a Crystal R Major Investor and President's Circle member for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). With over a decade of experience in real estate, Kelly possesses extensive knowledge of the homebuilding market in Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. She specializes in Forsyth and Fulton Counties, Lake Lanier, golf communities and Big Canoe, and she excels as a mountain and lake specialist. Kelly's results-oriented approach and effective negotiation skills contribute to her consistent success. Her top priority is understanding and fulfilling her clients' needs, whether they are buyers in search of their perfect home or sellers ready to embark on a new chapter. Kelly is dedicated to providing a seamless and exceptional real estate experience from start to finish. Originally hailing from Alabama, Kelly pursued her education at The Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She then obtained her bachelor's degree in psychology and advertising from the University of Alabama. During her time at the university, she actively participated in Alpha Gamma Delta, Order of Omega and served as President of the Panhellenic Association. Prior to joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, Kelly accumulated 12 years of award-winning sales experience with international and Fortune 500 companies. Kelly has a strong sense of community and has served in various capacities, including membership with the Junior League of Atlanta and volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity. As a Guardian Circle supporter of the Atlanta Humane Society, she demonstrates her commitment to animal welfare. During her leisure time, Kelly enjoys attending concerts, watching action movies and dining with friends in Roswell, Alpharetta and Crabapple. She finds relaxation in curling up with a good mystery book and is an avid Pilates enthusiast. Additionally, Kelly has found success in fantasy football, earning the title of two-time champion. And as a passionate fan, she enthusiastically supports the Alabama Crimson Tide football team (ROLL TIDE). Kelly currently resides in Crabapple with her two rescue dogs and a rescue cat, finding joy in sharing her life with her furry companions.
