Dean was born in Smithfield NC, and made his first trip to Topsail Island as a 3 month old in 1955. He has been enjoying Topsail ever since. Dean's childhood summers were spent exploring the sounds, creeks and waterways around Topsail Island and it was at a young age that he developed a passion for saltwater fishing which continues to be his favorite pastime today. Dean is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg Virginia, and has over 20 years experience in the Real Estate business as a developer, builder, Broker, and buyer/seller of timberlands. Dean has also developed and built a number of homes in the Topsail Island real estate market. Dean has the unique perspective of seeing Topsail island real estate through the eyes of a vacationer, a 2nd home owner, a developer, and as a full time resident. His passion for real estate and industry knowledge are second to none, and come as a great value to his clients. Dean spends his free time indulging his love of saltwater fishing.
