Jane and Lance have been full time residents of Mantoloking since 2007, working together as Team White. Jane’s grandparents first started coming to Mantoloking in the 1930’s and Jane grew up there in the summers since she was a young child. Jane has been a Realtor® for over 14 years and has been involved in many transactions representing both buyers and sellers. Lance has been coming to Mantoloking for 38 years and entered the real estate market 13 years ago after a highly successful career on Wall Street. The real estate market has seen many changes over the last several years with homes selling for 10%-20% over the asking price, to today’s conditions with inventory at an all time low. However, the market remains robust. The lesson here is that good real estate agents need to be nimble and be prepared to change gears often and quickly. “We have the experience and knowledge to help our clients reach a very satisfactory conclusion to what may be a complex and difficult process.
