Growing up the daughter of a Marine Corps general has had a lasting influence on Ann. Concepts like integrity, honesty and responsibility were strongly instilled. Her family moved frequently while she was growing up, giving her a first-hand appreciation of different kinds of people and diverse cultural backgrounds. As a young child in 1955, Ann's family had the good fortune to move to Hawaii. "It was one of the favorite places we lived," she recalls. "I loved the people, the ocean, the mountains, the weather." Sadly, her family lived in Hawaii only a few years. Twenty eight years later, Ann returned to Hawaii for good. It came about while she was visiting friends here. As she sat on Kailua Beach (this year named the best beach in the world)-while a February snow storm raged back home in Washington D.C.-she told herself, "There's no reason I can't move here." Several months later she did. From Washington D.C. Ann brought eight years of experience as a successful full-time Realtor®. She has been able to transfer her extensive real estate knowledge into the unique lifestyle she found here in the islands. Helping Oahu homeowners successfully purchase or sell their homes is more than an occupation for Ann. It's her vocation, her way of life. Ann not only understands her clients' lifestyles, she appreciates their diversity. Ann is a natural at expertly marketing beautiful home environments. With a Fine Arts degree from the University of Virginia, and personal experience in renovating several of her own homes, she is able to readily share her excellent design sensibility with her real estate clients, helping them make the most out of the homes they're buying or selling. For the past thirty years, Ann has fulfilled her calling by meeting the needs of local home-owners. "I have the greatest job in the world," says Ann. "I help people create and obtain their dreams.
